You and your dog are welcome on more than 50 of Pembrokeshire’s beaches, but some have dog restricted areas or dog bans between 1 May and the end of September. Please note these restrictions do not apply to guide dogs for visually impaired people.
Amroth Beach and Promenade have some restrictions: Dogs are not allowed on the central beach section. On the coast road and promenade dogs must be kept on a short lead at all times. Dogs are allowed on the east and west sections of the beach. There is a dispensation in place on the east section for those with access issues - rules must strictly be followed in order to remain compliant with the byelaw.
Wiseman's Bridge: Welcomes dogs at all times, but please note restrictions are in place either side at Amroth and Coppet Hall
