Copies of DRAFT Minutes recorded at our public regular and annual meetings can be found here for at least one month after the meeting. 

After this time, copies of DRAFT & RATIFIED minutes are available to view on the main page at Council/Documents/Minutes

The Clerk will hold CONFIRMED physical paper copies of our minutes for at least seven years, and these may be viewed by contacting the Clerk.
